Top Hat Chimney Sweeps can inspect chimneys and fireplaces or wood burning stoves when you are buying or selling a house. This inspection includes a chimney cleaning, video scan, visual inspection of top of chimney and hand written report, which is the same as our "Sweep & Scan".
A typed report and optional video tape of the scan is available for an additional fee. (Please request when appointment is scheduled)
